The art of weaving is one of the oldest practices of man: by weaving branches and other plant fibers you can create incredibly sturdy, light and long-lasting containers.



You'll discover the connection between the gut and the brain and how to care for this organ through yoga practice, with specific asanas and pranayama to stimulate and massage the intestines. To follow Fermenting Cooking Class.

During the course you will learn the basic techniques of Raku decoration. Each participant will be given two bowls to decorate with glazes. During the firing of the ceramics, Chef Mauro will teach a Japanese Cuisine Cooking Class.
