During the course you will learn the basic techniques of Raku decoration. Each participant will be given two bowls to decorate with glazes. During the firing of the ceramics, Chef Mauro will teach a Japanese Cuisine Cooking Class.
During our courses, participants have the opportunity to ask questions and get explanations about individual recipes in preparation. Needless to say at All'Angelo authenticity and creativity go hand in hand and for those who attend the Schio born chef, take home a wealth of knowledge, a rainbow of flavors and an unforgetable experience.
The participation fee includes: the hands-on cooking course, individual recipe booklet, sit down meal with wine and of course, all food and utencils needed to successfully complete each gourmet recipe.
Regular cooking classes have a duration of 3,5 hours, lunch included;
Foraging cooking classes have a duration of 4,5 hours lunch included;
Truffle Hunts have a duration of 6 hours, lunch included.
The cooking class portion of the course takes place directly in our restaurants' kitchen and/or in the adjacent cooking class room.
Our courses can also be utilized for Team Building for companies with the objective of developing a team relationship between co-workers. A fun way, out of the office, to strengthen relationships between colleagues while wearing an apron and creating gourmet specialties.
